usage

This is intended for use with Google Sheets via:

=IMPORTDATA("https://s3.amazonaws.com/meatballhat/cpi/current.csv")

deployment

A copy of this thing is deployed to Heroku with a Heroku Scheduler addon configured to run the following once daily:
