Yasuhiro KANDA ad7ed77a7e Fix yaml file loader ...

* fix typo (yamlSourceLoader -> yamlSourceContext)
* fix function return type (NewYamlSourceFromFlagFunc)

Also fixed build tags to properly build on >=go1.2
